Q: Can I visit the factory where my cabinets will be made?

A: Yes, you are free to visit the factory. You may contact Authentic Amish for an appointment.

Q: Can we take pictures?

A: Yes, you may take pictures of the factory and of your cabinets in production. However, due to the request of the Amish workers, we ask that you do not take pictures of them.



Q: Can I afford custom cabinets?

A: In the cabinet industry, there are three levels of cabinetry; stock, semi - custom, custom. Our prices are comparable to other semi - custom or custom manufacturers.

Q: What about warranties?

A: We are not aware of any Amish manufacturer that offers a written warranty. However, in our experience with them, any manufacturing problems are dealt with professionally.

Q: Is electricity used in the manufacturing of Amish cabinets?

A: The Amish generate their own power, which is primarily hydraulic and air. However, there is some manufacturing equipment that can only be run by electricity, and they use it on a limited basis.

Q: What is the typical waiting time to receive my cabinets?

A: The waiting time varies depending upon work load. We can get your cabinets to you in as little as four weeks; however, at times the wait may be as long as five months. Be sure to discuss this with your sales associate.
